Effectus operates a fully integrated mechanical recycling facility — collection, sorting, multi-stage washing, pelletizing, and quality control, processing post-industrial and post-consumer plastic streams every day. With 20+ years of hands-on experience, we help manufacturers evaluate their waste, design closed-loop recovery systems, and integrate specification-grade recycled resin back into production, reducing material costs and disposal spend in the process.

We focus exclusively on streams that can be mechanically recycled today in North America and provide honest, data-driven assessments of what is, and is not, technically feasible.

We audit your plastic scrap — purge, runners, regrind, film, molded parts, and mixed rigid streams — to identify recoverable fractions and quantify the financial impact of diverting them from landfill or incineration. You receive a documented report covering material types, recoverable volume, contamination profile, and projected cost savings.

We evaluate and develop mechanical recycling pathways for difficult materials that many standard processors decline, including mixed polymer streams, moderately contaminated material, and specialty resins. Where a viable pathway exists, we define it. Where it doesn't, we tell you clearly so your team can make informed decisions without wasted time or cost.

We design and implement collection and return systems that convert your plastic waste into specification-grade recycled resin for direct re-use in your own manufacturing. Programs are structured around your production schedule, logistics constraints, and quality requirements, and support a broad range of polymers including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PC, ABS, PC/ABS, PA6, PA66, POM, and more.
